His commercial leadership has guided major projects with build costs ranging from £13m refurbishments to £300m-plus multi-phase apartment and school developments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and without compromise to quality.
Richard's work is grounded in practical experience. Having managed subcontractor packages, negotiated contract variations, and overseen multi-disciplinary teams, he understands the pressures faced on-site — and knows how to protect clients' commercial interests without losing sight of the bigger picture.
To complement his extensive construction background, Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds an LLM in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, further strengthening his ability to navigate complex contractual and claims matters.

Ben began his career in a hands-on floor-screeding role before developing into a passionate quantity surveyor within Skanska, one of the world's leading construction businesses, where he won the prestigious Trainee of the Year award in 2009.
Starting out in civil engineering, Ben quickly progressed through the ranks, working on landmark projects including Crossrail and the London Bridge Station redevelopment. For the last decade, he has led commercial teams on major city-centre residential developments of up to 1,000 units.
Alongside his project delivery work, Ben has always harboured a passion for contract and construction law. He has led teams on multi-million pound disputes across all sectors of the industry.
Ben is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors — a tenacious, diligent, and highly technical professional who is confident leading claims and disputes across all areas of construction.
