A chartered professional, Ben brings 20+ years of commercial expertise to Chapman Parker.

Having initially commenced in the industry in a more hands on floor-screeding role, Ben developed into a passionate QS within a global construction business -Skanska - where he won the prestigious trainee of the year award in 2009.

Starting out in civil engineering projects, Ben quickly progressed through the ranks, working on prestigious projects such as Crossrail and the London Bridge Station redevelopment. 

For the last 10 years, Ben has led teams on major city centre residential developments up to 1,000 units.

Always harbouring a passion for contract / construction law, Ben has led teams on multi million disputes across all industries, including;

· £40m cladding dispute

· £1m complex letter of intent claim

· Defective works claims

· Delays and loss and expense

· Wrongful termination

Ben is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - a tenacious, diligent and highly technical professional who is confident on leading claims/disputes across all areas of construction.
